Nice hotel, large, comfortable room which was very clean. Big swimming pool which was very refreshing and a bar at the pool for drinks. Walking distance to Jalatlaco and the Centro Historico (taxis are also very cheap and easy). Staff were friendly and helpful. We did some laundry and it was returned very quickly. We also arrived very early on check in day due to an overnight bus and there was a room available so they let us check in very early which was much appreciated!

The location is great. It has a parking lot. Nice swimming pool, nice restaurant.

First, the place itself was very big and quite stunning, in spite of being slightly dated. Most of the staff was really nice and helpful, even the few who did not speak English. The restaurant served great breakfast, and was also decent for dinner. The best part however was to be able to borrow tennis rackets and balls, and then play on one of the three courts at no extra charge.

The facility was amazing, we stayed in a suite in front of the pool, they have a parakeet aviary, play gym for kids large trees large facility so you will have a walk to the front as they only have one entrance/exit which is good for safety purposes. Near by oxo/pharmacy/restaurants. Taxis to the center (teachers are protesting the center right now so just a heads up) lots of tents everywhere. But the facility is great bring bug repellent.

room was spacious with ac and balcony, beds were comfortable, location is quiet and walking distance to city centre. it is surrounded with trees and is very nice. breakfast is selfservice mexican or menu, they made us vegetarian eggs and were delicious! stuff was kind. we recommend

Friendliest staff ever!! Everyone was so nice from beginning to end. Hotel is nicely located outside of the tourist area but close enough to walk there and see a different part of Oaxaca. Hotel is really big with green areas and a big pool. We had kids so is was very convenient for us to have the kids playing and running around. They even have a small play ground that my kids enjoyed every day after having breakfast at the hotel buffet. Has free parking which is a plus if you're renting a car. They provided us with a crib for our 1.5 yrs old.

The hotel is really nice. Rooms are wide and comfortable. Restaurant is good. Due to climatical conditions, adding a mini freezer may be a great idea.
